Easy Care Maintenance

POSHYC® accessories are designed to be easy to clean and maintain.

To clean your accessory:

  • simply rinse with clear water,
  • use mild soap if needed,
  • gently wipe with a soft cloth,
  • and allow the accessory to air dry naturally.

No special leather products or professional treatments are required.

Water & Outdoor Resistant

POSHYC® accessories are created for active lifestyles and are resistant to everyday outdoor conditions.

Our materials are designed to support:

After exposure to saltwater, sand, or dirt, we recommend rinsing the accessory with fresh water before air drying.

Replacement & Assistance

When available, identical replacement parts may be offered.
If the original component is no longer produced, a similar replacement option may be proposed according to the client’s preference.

POSHYC® pet accessories are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty against eligible manufacturing defects under normal intended use conditions.

Eligible covered products may include:

  • hardware systems,
  • and selected ClipUp™ accessory structures.

POSHYC® accessories are designed for everyday adventures, outdoor lifestyles, movement, comfort, and long-lasting performance.

Warranty Exclusions

The 10-Year Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and aging,
  • accidental damage,
  • chewing or pet destruction,
  • misuse,
  • improper care,
  • cosmetic scratches,
  • lost components,
  • excessive force,
  • unauthorized modifications,
  • or damage caused by conditions outside normal intended use.

Decorative elements, interchangeable ClipUp™ charms, crystals, artistic finishes, and limited-edition details may naturally evolve over time depending on usage and environmental exposure.

Warranty Solutions

If an eligible issue occurs during the warranty period, POSHYC® may offer, at its discretion:

  • repair,
  • replacement,
  • equivalent exchange,
  • or store credit depending on product availability and evaluation.

If the original product, color, hardware, or component is no longer available, a comparable replacement option may be proposed.

POSHYC® offers complimentary standard shipping on selected orders and destinations during promotional periods.

For this reason, POSHYC® and POSHYC PARIS® currently offer:

  • exchanges,
  • and store credit only.

We do not provide monetary refunds.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be exchanged or converted into store credit subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • items must be returned in unused condition,
  • with original packaging,
  • original tags,
  • and without visible signs of wear, damage, odors, alterations, or misuse.

Requests must be submitted within the eligible return period indicated at delivery.

For hygiene, security, customization, and exclusivity reasons, certain items may be considered final sale, including:

Store Credit
