For this reason, POSHYC® and POSHYC PARIS® currently offer:
- exchanges,
- and store credit only.
We do not provide monetary refunds.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be exchanged or converted into store credit subject to the conditions below.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- items must be returned in unused condition,
- with original packaging,
- original tags,
- and without visible signs of wear, damage, odors, alterations, or misuse.
Requests must be submitted within the eligible return period indicated at delivery.
For hygiene, security, customization, and exclusivity reasons, certain items may be considered final sale, including:
- personalized products,
- custom ClipUp™ combinations,
- limited editions,
- made-to-order pieces,
- worn accessories,
- intimate apparel,
- and selected capsule collections.
Store Credit
Approved returns may be issued as:
- POSHYC® store credit,
- exchange value,
- or replacement product credit.
Store credit may be used toward future purchases on POSHYC.com subject to the applicable terms at the time of use.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.
Lifetime Warranty — POSHYC® Pet Accessories
POSHYC® pet accessories are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
This includes eligible:
- collars,
- harnesses,
- leashes,
- hardware systems,
- and selected ClipUp™ accessory structures.
The warranty reflects our commitment to innovation, durability, and long-term product quality.
Warranty Exclusions
The lifetime warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and aging,
- accidental damage,
- chewing,
- misuse,
- improper care,
- modifications,
- lost items,
- cosmetic scratches,
- or damage caused by external conditions outside normal intended use.
Decorative elements, interchangeable charms, crystals, artistic finishes, and limited-edition accessories may naturally evolve over time depending on usage.
Replacement Policy
If an eligible component or accessory presents a manufacturing issue, POSHYC® may offer:
- repair,
- replacement,
- equivalent exchange,
- or store credit at our discretion.
If the original model, color, charm, or component is no longer available, a comparable replacement option may be proposed.
Shipping and handling costs related to exchanges or warranty claims may apply depending on the situation and destination country.
