Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. Exchanges sizes or store credits. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

At POSHYC, we accept returns for exchange only; no refunds will be issued. You may exchange any unworn and undamaged merchandise at any time due to our lifetime warranty for the product's life. The merchandise must be accompanied by the original packaging and receipt to qualify for an exchange.
**Return Process**
- **Initial 14 Days:** You can exchange merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
- **Post 14 Days:** After 14 days, you may still return merchandise for an exchange at any time under our lifetime warranty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please check your merchandise thoroughly upon delivery. If there are any discrepancies with your order upon receipt, please retain all documentation and packaging, and contact us immediately. We are committed to high-quality products and will happily discuss any concerns.
**Non-returnable Items:** Special orders, engraved items, sale items, and custom-ordered items are non-returnable. We do not reimburse any soldering charges or shipping fees.
**Instructions for Returning POSHYC® Merchandise:**
1. Log into your account, or search for your purchase in the ‘Returns’ section on our website.
2. Select the items you wish to return and follow the prompts to initiate an exchange.
3. Email or print your prepaid UPS return label. This must be initiated within the 14-day window.
4. Include the original receipt and pack merchandise in its original packaging.
5. Use the original delivery box for shipment. Merchandise returned in different packaging will not be accepted for exchange.
6. Affix the provided return label.
7. Keep a record of your tracking number.
8. Drop off your package at a staffed UPS store (visit www.ups.com for locations). Do not use a drop box for security reasons.
POSHYC® reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
**Defects**
POSHYC DOG ACCESSORIES COME WITH A LIFETIME GUARANTEE.
We ensure high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. However, if your product shows any defect, contact us within five (5) days from the date of delivery at hello@poshyc.com. Describe the defect and include supporting documents (detailed photos, purchase date, order number, etc.).
After reviewing the information, we may retrieve the product for physical inspection. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective product, subject to availability, or provide a replacement under our lifetime warranty.
**Changes/Cancellations**
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact customer service as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.
