ORDERS

Payment methods

You can only pay for your purchases with a credit or charge card: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®. Diners Club®, CarteBlanche®, JCB®, Discover® and China Union Pay®. You should enter your credit card or charge card number, its expiry date and its card verification number on the relevant page. Payment via Paypal® is accepted.

We accept the following Gift Cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa. Please note all purchases made with a Gift Card are Final Sale.

We’re sorry, but we do not accept other Gift Cards, CODs, personal checks, money orders and international credit cards from countries not listed above.

Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment, except for international credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

We only accept credit cards of individuals (excluding company cards) residing at the billing address.

Billing information indicated in Your Order must correspond to the credit card holder.

Poshyc® may contact the credit card holder directly if necessary, for verification and ask him/her for additional information. Such verifications will extend the delivery time with two (2) additional business days. If this condition is not fulfilled and/ or Poshyc® fails to reach the holder of the credit card, Poshyc®reserves the right to cancel Your Order.

You may prefer to place Your Order through our Customer Service, which You may contact in our “contact us” section. Please note that no bank details shall be sent by email or through the Customer Service contact form. The Customer Service will request from You – on the phone exclusively – all information required by the financial institutions to process the payment of Your Order.

Your credit card will only be charged at the time of shipment of Your Order, after checking Your data and upon receipt of the authorization provided by the issuing company and upon acceptance of Your Order by Poshyc® .

Subject to the acceptance of your Order, Poshyc® will send You a confirmation of the conclusion of the Transaction to the email address that You provided when placing the Order.

The Transaction will only be concluded when Poshyc® will have confirmed its acceptance by sending You the confirmation email including a summary of the Order, the price of the Products, the date and time of the Order, the shipping fees, the taxes and custom duties and the mean of payment chosen by You.

Shipping options

Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all orders for the USA and Canada.

For other destination or different shipment mode, you will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure. Delivery costs depend on the delivery service you select and the destination.

Please allow 4-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped for items that are in stock. Out of stock items will take approximately 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped.

Poshyc® ships through USPS, FedEx and UPS within the United States and Canada.

We offer Ground, Second Day and Next Day shipping options for US customers.

For Ground deliveries in the US and Canada, consider 5-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Note: the carriers can take longer during the busy holiday season so please select your shipping method carefully. For Day Air deliveries in the US and Canada, consider two business days excluding weekends and holidays. For Next Day Air deliveries in the US and Canada, consider one business day excluding weekends and holidays.

For international destination, the delivery time depends on the carrier. You will get more information once you process your order and before you finalize it.

All orders need to be finalized by 12pm during business hours in order to qualify for same day shipping for items that are on stock. Also please note: there are delivery times as provided by our carriers, we may need additional time to prepare your order.

The carriers will not ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a street address so that your package can arrive safely.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain model.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders.

Gift Wrapping

All Poshyc® orders arrive in a signature pouch and gift box. Please personalize your gift card at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn & undamaged merchandise within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be accompanied by original packaging and receipt. After 14 days and up to 60 days, merchandise may be returned for store credit that is valid for one year from date of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly advise all customers to check merchandise thoroughly upon delivery. For any discrepancies with your order upon receipt, please retain all documentation and packaging, and contact us immediately. We stand by High quality products and are happy to discuss any issues or concerns at any time.

Please note; Special orders, Engraved items, Sale items and Custom Ordered items are non-refundable. We do not reimburse any soldering charges or shipping fees.

Instructions for returning Poshyc® merchandise are :

Log into your account, or search for your purchase within the ‘Returns’ section on the website.

Select the items you wish to return and follow the prompts to complete your request.

Once confirmed you may email or print your prepaid UPS return label for shipment. This must be initiated within the 14-days window.

Include the original receipt.

Pack merchandise in its original packaging.

Use only the original delivery box for shipment. Merchandise returned in different packaging will not be accepted for return.

Affix our return label.

Keep a record of your tracking number.

Drop off your package at a staffed UPS store and collect a receipt for your records (for your closest location please visit www.ups.com) Do not use a drop box location for security.

Poshyc® reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund cannot be granted.

REFUND AND PROCESSING TIME

We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible. You should receive your refund within 15 business days after your returned item(s) is/are received at our warehouse.

Once your return is received it will be inspected. If the condition of the merchandise is acceptable then a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

DEFECTS

Poshyc® DOGS ACCESSORIES ARE DOG’S LIFE GUARANTEE.

Poshyc® undertakes to ensure that high quality standards are continuously met in the manufacturing of all Products. Every Product is controlled before being shipped.

However, if Your Product shows any defect, please contact the Customer Service immediately, and no later than five (5) days from the date of delivery, at the following email address: contact@poshyc.com.

In such case, you must indicate in Your email the alleged defect and join every supporting document (detailed photos of the Product, purchase date, number of the Order, etc.).

After considering these elements, Poshyc® reserves its right to recover the Product to conduct a physical investigation.

In case of a recognized defect, Poshyc® undertakes to either repair the defective Product, replace the defective Product to the extent of available stocks, or to either partially or fully refund the purchase price to You, depending on the nature of the defect.

Poshyc® reserves the right to refuse to follow up on a late claim, a claim relating to a defect for which You are responsible, or which derives from the nature of the Product (certain Products might have some uneven parts and/or irregularities which are parts of the manufacturing process or correspond to the material used).

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care or abuse.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Please be advised that if you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email or contact as soon as possible to the customer service. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted and has begun processing, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

Poshyc® reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund cannot be granted.

REFUND AND PROCESSING TIME

We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible. You should receive your refund within 15 business days after your returned item(s) is/are received at our warehouse.

Once your return is received it will be inspected. If the condition of the merchandise is acceptable then a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

Poshyc® undertakes to ensure that high quality standards are continuously met in the manufacturing of all Products. Every Product is controlled before being shipped.

In such case, you must indicate in Your email the alleged defect and join every supporting document (detailed photos of the Product, purchase date, number of the Order, etc.).

After considering these elements, Poshyc® reserves its right to recover the Product to conduct a physical investigation.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care or abuse.

1. How much is the delivery?

Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all orders for the USA and Canada. For other destination or different shipment mode, you will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure. Delivery costs depend on the delivery service you select and the destination.

2. How long will delivery take?

Please allow 4-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped for items that are in stock. Out of stock items will take approximately 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped.

POSHYC ships through USPS, FedEx and UPS within the United States and Canada. We offer Ground, Second Day and Next Day shipping options for US customers. For Ground deliveries in the US and Canada, consider 5-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Note: the carriers can take longer during the busy holiday season so please select your shipping method carefully. For Day Air deliveries in the US and Canada, consider two business days excluding weekends and holidays. For Next Day Air deliveries in the US and Canada, consider one business day excluding weekends and holidays.

For international destination, the delivery time depends on the carrier. You will get more information once you process your order and before you finalize it.

4. Where does Poshyc.com deliver?

Goods purchased via this Website may be delivered to any personal address. Poshyc.com will not process any order for which a post office box is provided.

Predominantly for security reasons, Poshyc.com will not process any order for which a P.O. box address has been provided.

6. Can I have my package delivered to my mailbox?

For security reasons, all Poshyc.com packages are personally delivered to their recipients. No package can be dropped off at a mailbox.

7. I am on a business trip. Can you deliver to my hotel?

We can indeed deliver to your hotel. Please provide the name and address of your hotel, as well as the dates that you will be staying there, in the "comments" area when you place your order so that our Customer Service can have your package delivered within the given time frame. If we are unable to deliver within this time frame, we will contact you to give you prior notice.

1. How do I return or exchange an item ordered via Poshyc.com?

Instructions for returning Poshyc merchandise are :

Log into your account, or search for your purchase within the ‘Returns’ section on the website.

Select the items you wish to return and follow the prompts to complete your request.

Once confirmed you may email or print your prepaid UPS return label for shipment. This must be initiated within the 14-days window.

Include the original receipt.

Pack merchandise in its original packaging.

Use only the original delivery box for shipment. Merchandise returned in different packaging will not be accepted for return.

Affix our return label.

Keep a record of your tracking number.

Drop off your package at a staffed UPS store and collect a receipt for your records (for your closest location please visit www.ups.com) Do not use a drop box location for security.

2. If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else?

Only an exchange for a product of an equivalent or higher value is possible (the difference in price must be paid by you or the gift recipient). The gift recipient should contact our Customer Service department by telephone at 1(520) 549-4876 from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.ET, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m ET, or by email under the "Contact us" section.
