• copyrights,
• trademarks,
• trade dress,
• confidential know-how,
• proprietary systems,
• and international intellectual property filings.

This includes, without limitation:

• the exclusive POSHYC® ClipUp™ interchangeable customization system for pet accessories,
• the patented X-CROSS Harness™ structure,
• POSHYC PARIS® modular clothing systems,
• removable and interchangeable fashion panel systems,
• wearable artistic modular concepts,
• exclusive hardware structures,
• luxury accessory constructions,
• smart accessory concepts,
• NFC integration concepts,
• collectible interaction systems,
• and original editorial artistic universes created by POSHYC.

The ClipUp™ customization technology allowing interchangeable clip-charms to be inserted into pet accessories using proprietary back-clip systems is presented as a world-exclusive concept developed by POSHYC.

All website content including texts, slogans, product concepts, collections, inventions, visuals, videos, graphics, campaigns, artistic directions, photographs, designs, renderings, layouts, product names, packaging concepts, and digital assets are protected by copyright laws and remain the exclusive property of POSHYC LLC unless otherwise stated.

Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, distribution, commercialization, modification, reverse engineering, adaptation, or exploitation of all or part of the concepts, systems, visuals, products, inventions, or website contents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
