1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): POSHYC requires a minimum order amount of $2000. For colors and sizes that are out of stock, the MOQ is 30 sets.

Set Options: (Collar + Leash) or (Harness + Leash),Each set includes a basic pack of decorative Clip-charm alphabets in gold color (Cost: $12). This approach not only streamlines the purchasing process for our retailers but also ensures that final customers receive a premium, ready-to-use product.

2. Payment Terms: POSHYC accepts the following payment methods:  

Direct Online Store Purchase with Wholesale Promo Code: Allows for streamlined ordering directly through our online store using a promo code specifically for wholesale transactions, offering convenience and promotional benefits.

Letter of Credit (LC): Securely conducted through our banking institutions to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): Payments must be made in advance, with 50% due at the time of order confirmation and the remaining 50% before shipment.

PayPal: A secure and convenient option for both domestic and international transactions, allowing for immediate and protected payments online.

Wire Transfer: Suitable for larger transactions, providing a reliable and direct method for bank-to-bank transfers.

Delivery Terms: FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) are available, depending on the customer's preference and location.

Shipment Modes: Options include air freight, sea freight, and express courier services to accommodate various timelines and budget requirements.

Packaging: All items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

6. Returns and Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product.

Cancellation and Shipping Cost Refund Policy:

1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

Full Refund: wholesale buyers are entitled to cancel their orders up to 24 hours after placing them without incurring any penalty. If the order has not been dispatched, POSHYC will refund the entire amount, including shipping costs.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made after 24 hours but before shipment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value to cover administrative costs, while still refunding the remaining amount including shipping costs.
